5S管理在改进医院基础工作效率方面的研究

摘　　要：5S管理是整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素质教育五个工作环节的综合概括。医院通过有组织、有计划地推行5S管理工作,实现了规范工作现场和工作物品,定点分类放置各种物品,优化基础工作流程,提高基础工作效率和质量,合理配置各种资源的工作效果。通过5S管理,提升了医院的品牌形象,改善了患者的就医体验。本文对5S管理在改善医院基础工作效率方面进行了分析和研究,并对医院5S管理的应用过程和取得的成果进行了总结和讨论,希望能给同行业单位提供有价值的参考。5S management is a summary of 5 work steps： seiri, seiton, seisou, seiketsu, and sbitsuke. Planned promo- tion of 5S management can specify job sites and goods, sort various kinds of materials, optimize foundation working pro- cess, improve foundation work efficiency and quality, and reasonably allocate work efficiency of all resources. 5S man- agement can also enhance the brand image of hospital, and improve experience of patients in hospital. This article ana- lyzes and researches the effect of 5S management on improvement of foundation work efficiency in hospital, and sum- marizes and discusses the application and achievements of 5S management in hospitals, willing to provide a reference for other researchers.
