刺五加片联合黛力新治疗PCI术后焦虑症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察刺五加片联合黛力新对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI术)后焦虑症患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治确诊的PCI术后焦虑症患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用黛力新治疗,治疗组在口服黛力新基础上加用刺五加片,两组均治疗8周后,进行治疗前、治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.0%,87.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组HAMA评分下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺五加片联合黛力新可明显改善PCI术后患者焦虑症的症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acanthopanax root tablets combined with Deanxit in treatment of post-percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） anxiety. Methods 80 patients with post-PCI anxiety treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each had 40 cases. The control group was treated by Deanxit, and the treatment group was additionally given acanthopanax root tablets. The patients were evaluated by HAMA before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment. Results The overall response rate were 95.0% and 87.5% respectively in the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The reduction of HAMA scores was significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acanthopanax root tablets and Deanxit can significantly relieve the post-PCI anxiety and improve the life quality of patients.
