摘 要:伴随着近海可再生能源的开发利用,大规模的近海风能、波浪能即将发电并网运行。基于概率潮流研究了风和波浪的相关性对于节点电压以及线路潮流分布的影响,提出了一种基于概率潮流的近海可再生能源发电穿透功率极限计算方法,计算中分析了风、浪发电的出力特性,并考虑了风和波浪的相关性,得到含有风和波浪联合发电系统的线路潮流分布,进一步运用随机规划理论和粒子群算法求解穿透功率极限。最后以IEEE 30系统算例验证了计算方法的有效性,并比较分析了风和波浪的相关性对于穿透功率极限计算的影响。With the development and utilization of offshore renewable energy,large-scale offshore wind wave energy will be integrated into the power grid.The study of the impact on power grid and penetration limit calculation under offshore renewable energy power integration circumstance has great significance on offshore renewable energy generation and network planning and operation.Based on the probability load flow,the impacts of wind and wave correlation on node voltage and power flow distribution are researched in this paper.And a new method is proposed to calculate the penetration limit of offshore renewable energy generation based on probability load flow.The output characteristics of wind and wave power generation are analyzed,and the load flow of power system is obtained with considering the correlation between wind and wave,chance-constrained programming and particle swarm optimization are used to calculate power penetration limit.Finally LEEE30 system examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the calculation method,providing a comparative analysis of the impact of correlation between wind and wave on the penetration power limit calculation.
