摘　　要：The spiritual culture of the university is the unique values, beliefs and pursuit, school spirit and study style, and moral sentiments that are condensed and accumulated through thinking and practice, which is recognized by generations of students and staffs and continually exerting an important effect on the late-comers in the long-term development of the university. The spiritual culture of the university mainly refers to the university idea and the university spirit, which has the features of entophytes, collectivity, characteristic, unity, epochal character, stability, accumulation, mixture, and so on
