摘　　要：高校是国家实施高等教育、培养高层次人才的主要渠道,是社会主义文化建设的重要阵地。党建工作和校园文化建设是高校工作中相互依存、彼此渗透的重要组成部分。处于转型发展时期的应用型本科院校应围绕应用型人才培养的根本任务,分析党建工作与校园文化建设的内涵及内在联系,建立党建工作与校园文化建设工作行之有效的融合机制,确保党建工作与校园文化建设步入良性发展轨道。Universities are the main channel for the country to carry out higher education and cultivate high-level talents, and they are also the significant position for the construction of socialist culture. Party building and campus culture construction are the important parts of university work which are interdependent penetrative.In the transformation and development period, centering on the basic task of applied talent cultivation,application-oriented university analyzes the connotation and relationship of Party building work and campus culture construction, establishes the effective fusion mechanism of Party building work and campus culture construction, and ensure that Party work and campus culture construction step into a sound development track.
