摘　　要：临床实习是医学教育必需的重要阶段。学校与实习医院需共同努力,通过提高学生的主观能动性、加强实习管理、加强基本技能操作、开展多种形式的教学活动、提高带教老师积极性等手段,提高医学生内科临床实习效果。Clinical practice is an important stage of medical education.School and teaching hospital need to work together to improve the effect of medical clinical practice in medical students.By highlighting autonomic learning,strengthening internship management,emphasizing basic practice training,developing multiform teaching activities,and improving the teaching teachers’enthusiasm etc,it is expected that clinical practice effect of medical students can be enhanced.
