农村在岗卫技人员《人体解剖学》教学方法的探讨

摘　　要：针对农村在岗卫技人员基本素质、医疗水平等参差不齐的现状,提出在《人体解剖学》教学中应充分考虑其特点,注重教材选用、师资队伍、教学平台建设、联系临床及与教学方法等方面与普通专科教育有所区别,提高教学效果,使之学以致用。Rural on-the-job students’basic quality and the level of medical care are different,which should be given full consideration in the teaching of human anatomy.Priorities should be put on the choice of teaching materials, teachers,clinical practice,teaching platform and teaching methods,which are supposed to be different from the ordinary college students,elevate teaching efficacy and apply theory into practice.
