摘　　要：为适应现代化工企业对人才的需求,开发了工作过程系统化实践教学体系;针对目前化工专业实践教学过程中存在的问题,提出采用行动导向和目标导向联合的教学范式,体系化和科学化培养学生的职业能力。In order to meet the demand of modern chemical enterprises for talents,apractical teaching system based on systematic working process was developed,which was derived from the analysis of the job characteristics of related industries and the current situation of vocational education.Aiming at the existing problems in the practical teaching process of chemical engineering specialty,a joint teaching paradigm of action oriented and goal oriented was proposed in order to cultivate students＇ professional ability in a systematic and scientific way.
