军队某部干部亚健康状态二阶因子模型的建立与分析

摘　　要：目的建立军队干部亚健康状态结构方程二阶因子模型,对军队干部亚健康状态进行综合性评价。方法运用亚健康状态评定量表（SHSQSOA-50）对2014年度海军总医院健康体检中心体检未发现异常的师以上干部1 012人进行调查与测评,应用一阶因子相关模型分析因子间相关性,应用二阶因子模型分析现役军官与文职干部以及不同年龄干部的亚健康综合指数得分。结果亚健康状态可以分为躯体不适和精力不足的躯体亚健康状态、情绪失调和情志不畅的心理亚健康状态、待人处事能力和环境适应能力下降的社会交往亚健康状态,6个因子间具有很强的相关性,相关系数为0.76、0.79、0.83、0.85、0.87、0.91（P〈0.01）;在二阶因子模型中,6个因子对亚健康综合指数的载荷分别为0.96、0.97、0.94、0.95、0.92、0.87;文职干部的亚健康综合指数得分高于现役军官,50~55岁干部亚健康综合指数得分高于其他年龄的干部。结论二阶因子模型可以很好地对军队干部的亚健康状况进行评价。Objective To construct a high order factor model of sub-optimal health status of army officers and conduct relevant analysis using this model. Methods A total of 1012 army officers were selected with stratified cluster random sampling and evaluated using a sub-health scale（SHSQSOA-50）. Results The sub-health status of army officers could be attributed to six factors： physical discomfort, anenergia, affective disorder, gloomy mood, difficulty in dealing with people and handling affairs, and reduced ability to adapt to social environments. Evaluation showed a strong correlation between sub-health status and these factors（correlation coefficient： 0.76, 0.79, 0.83, 0.85, 0.87, 0.91, P〈0.001）. A high order factor model could recapitulate these six factors,and the factor loadings were 0.96, 0.97, 0.94, 0.95, 0.92, and 0.87 respectively. The sub-health scores of non-ranking officers were higher than those of officers on active duty, and the sub-health scores of army officers between the age of 50 and 55 were higher than those of other age groups. Conclusion High-order factor models can be applied to evaluate the sub-health status of army officers.
