摘　　要：临床急救能力是评价一个护士是否胜任本职工作的重要方面,如何加强培养并利用有效的测评工具评价,从而提高护士的核心能力及工作质量是现阶段护理管理者更应注重的问题。从相关概念、临床急救能力培养进展、国内外临床急救能力评价工具的研究进展等进行综述。Clinical first aid ability is one of the nurses evaluation is equal to one of the most important aspects of the job,how to strengthen the cultivation and use of effective assessment tool to evaluate and improve the core competence of nurses and quality of work is the nursing managers should pay attention to current problems. This article from the concept,clinical first aid ability training progress,clinical research progress of emergency capability assessment tools at home and abroad were reviewed.
