On Changing and Forming of College Students' Idea about Obtaining Employment

摘　　要：我国大学生不存在过剩，多得分不出去的问题，大学生就业难的内因是就业观念没有适时转变，本文指出大学生应在八个方面实现就业观念的适时转变，并就高等学校如何促进大学生就业观念的转变提出了一些建议。We don't face the problem that Chinese college students are too excessive to obtain employment. The internal cause in the difficulty of their obtaining employment is that they don't change their idea about obtaining employment according to the situation. The authors of this article propose that college students should change their idea about obtaining employment in eight aspects. They also give some suggestions how colleges and universities help stuends to change their idea about obtaining employment.
