系统化培训在提高基层医院低年资护士心电图运用能力中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化培训在提高基层医院低年资护士心电图运用能力中的应用。方法选取急诊、ICU、内科病区低年资护士30例,随机分成对照组和实验组,各15例。对照组采用传统的讲授法进行心电图知识的培训,实验组采用系统性、多元化的培训方法进行心电图知识培训,比较2组培训结束后30例护士心电图运用能力综合测评和护士对教学内容和方法的满意度测评。结果实验组心电图基本知识、心电图机操作能力、心电图识别能力、心电图描记能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对教学内容和方法满意度为100.0%(15/15)显著高于对照组的73.3%(11/15)(P<0.05)。结论系统化培训能显著提高低年资护士的心电图运用能力。Objective To investigate the effect of systematic training on ability of junior nurses to use the electrocardiogram( ECG) in primary hospitals. Methods Totally 30 junior nurses from emergency,ICU,internal medicine department were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 15 cases in each group. The conventional training method on ECG using was performed in the control group,while systematic and diversified training methods were given to the study group. The ability of junior nurses to use the electrocardiogram was assessed and the satisfaction degree to teaching method and contents were compared between two groups. Results The score in assessing ECG knowledge control,ECG machine operation,ECG recognition and Electrocardiography were significant higher in the study group than those in the control group after training( P < 0. 05). The study group received a higher satisfaction rate on teaching method and contents compared with the control group( 100. 0% vs. 73. 3%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion systematic training can improve the ability of junior nurses to use the ECG.
