摘 要:高速列车轴箱轴承是高铁转向架的关键部件,其性能好坏直接影响列车的安全行驶,而轴承温度的升高直接影响轴承寿命,因此轴承温度是列车在线监测系统重点监测的对象之一。本文对高速列车轴箱轴承温度场进行了三维建模与理论分析计算,确定了高铁轴承温度的整体分布及不同程度故障的轴承温度分布。设计并搭建了试验平台,通过正交试验对影响轴承温度的因素进行分组分析。试验结果显示:轴承温度的分布与仿真及理论计算结果相符合;影响轴承温度的最大因素是轴承的润滑,其次是受力,第三是轴承早期的表面损伤。本文研究对高速列车轴箱轴承在线故障预警提供了理论及试验依据。Axle bearing is an important part of the bogie.The condition of bogie bearings is highly important to the safe and normal operation of high-speed trains.As the rising bearing temperature affects the life of the bearing,the bearing temperature is one of the most important targets for the on-line monitoring system of the train.In this paper,a 3D math model of temperature field of high-speed train axle bearing was built and theoretical analysis and calculation were made,to determine the overall distribution of the temperature of the bearing and temperature distribution of the bearing with different degrees of failure.A temperature test platform for the axle bearing was designed and built to analyze the factors affecting the bearing temperature through the orthogonal test.Test results showed that the distribution of the bearing temperature was consistent with the results of the simulation and theoretical calculation.The major factor affecting the bearing temperature was bearing lubrication,followed by load force,and the early surface damage of the bearing.This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the on-line early warning of the fault of high-speed train axle box bearing.
