摘 要:我国新农村文化建设虽已有一段时间,但文化用于教育教化功能的正能量尚没有得到有效彰显。农民的文化素质依然不高,青少年儿童的精神文化生活状况不佳,各种文化现象良莠不齐,农村文化的教化功能亟待优化。另外,我们必须注重区分文化教化功能所产生的两类不同性质的影响,探析问题产生的认识根源,着力打造"一体两育"工程,唱响主旋律,传播正能量,用社会主义先进文化占据农村精神文明的主阵地,引领新农村文化建设再上新台阶。Although the construction of rural culture in China has beencarried out for a fair period, the positive impact of applying culture to education and instruction has far yet been fully demonstrated. The educational and instructional function of rural culture requires optimization with farmers' relatively low cultural level, the unfavorable cultural life of teenagers and various cultural phenomena mingled with bad and good stuff. Besides, we shall distinguish the two essentially different impacts of the educational function of culture and figure out the epistemological origin of concern. We shall take efforts to implement the program of 'physical education and education for both moral cultures and knowledge', chanting the mainstream melody and promoting positive energy. We shall also occupy the main battlefield of rural spiritualcivilization with advanced socialist cultures, and drum the construction of new rural cultures to a new stage.
