摘 要:针对多绳缠绕式矿井提升系统开展了基于Recur Dyn的虚拟样机建模方法研究。提出提升系统的模型简化条件;基于CATIA构建了主轴装置、提升容器及罐笼的三维实体模型,并在Recur Dyn中进行动力学约束添加;基于轴套力模型理论,将钢丝绳离散成有限段、连续的刚性圆柱体,并通过设置六分量的场力模拟钢丝绳的拉、压、弯、扭等力学性能;建立了多绳缠绕提升系统虚拟样机的约束条件,通过理论计算及经验公式确定了约束参数;所建立的多绳缠绕提升系统的虚拟样机,为开展超深矿井提升系统的动力学性能分析以及设计参数验证提供了可靠的仿真模型。The modeling method of virtual prototype of the multi-rope winding hoisting system based on Recur Dyn was researched. The simplification conditions of the hoisting system were proposed; CATIA was applied to build 3D solid model of the spindle assembly, lifting container and cage, and dynamics restraints were added in Recur Dyn; based on mechanical model and theory of bushing, the wire rope was converted to finite segment and continuous rigid cylinder, and six components of the field force were set to simulate the mechanical performance of the wire rope such as tension, compression, bending, torsion and so on; the restraint conditions of virtual prototype of the multi-rope winding hoisting system were established, and theoretical calculation and empirical formula were applied to determine the restraint parameters. The established virtual prototype of the multi-rope winding hoisting system offered reliable simulation model for dynamics performance analysis of the hoisting system in ultra-deep shaft and verification of design parameters.
