摘  要:为了保证复摆颚式破碎机能在恶劣条件下正常工作,试验添加平衡重,对其工作装置进行仿真分析。建立了复摆颚式破碎机的三维模型,利用ADAMS软件对复摆颚式破碎机进行了动力学仿真分析。通过分析复摆颚式破碎机机架所受水平惯性力表明,优化后复摆颚式破碎机的平稳性以及可靠性都得到了提高,达到了优化的目的。In order to guarantee the normal operation of the compound pendulum jaw crusher in harsh conditions, the balance weight was added in the test, and its working device was simulated and analyzed. In addition, 3D model of the compound pendulum jaw crusher was built, and ADAMS was applied to carry out dynamic simulation and analysis on the compound pendulum jaw crusher. The analysis results of horizontal inertial force of the frame of the compound pendulum jaw crusher showed the optimized compound pendulum jaw crusher improved in stability and reliability. Thus the optimization was achieved.
