摘　　要：实践教育基地建设是高校培养创新型、应用型人才的平台,高校与企业共建实践教学基地保证了高校实践教学的稳步、有效进行,对产学研协同人才培养具有重要意义。高校联合企业共建实践教学基地,可以优化实践教学课程体系,推动实践教学改革。多层次、多元化地提升学生的创新创业能力,是实践教育基地建设的重要目标。The construction of practice education base is the platform of training innovative and application-oriented talents in colleges and universities. It ensure practical teaching be effective and steady that universities build practice education base together with enterprises. It＇s also important for CEEUSRO training. The joint venture construction of practice education base optimizes the curriculum system of practice teaching and promotes the reform of practice teaching. Enhancing students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is an important goal for the constructing of practice education base in multicultural and diversified ways.
