摘 要:随着医改制度的不断推进,医疗保险支付制度也在不断变革,对医院医疗保险管理的要求也越来越高,要求医院有较高的应对能力。某院纳入总额预付试点以来,通过采取规范医疗行为、提高医疗质量、加强内部管理、探索医疗保险新的管理模式等一系列管理举措,顺利完成总额预付各项指标,提高医院效益,扩大社会影响力,促进医院医疗保险良性发展。With the constant promotion of the reform of healthcare system , medical insurance payment sys-tem has been transformed unceasingly , which pushes its management to meet higher and higher requirements and demands hospitals to possess a better coping ability .Since it became a pilot hospital for global budget , the hospital has successfully accomplished various targets by practicing a series of measures , including standardizing medical behaviors , raising medical quality , enhancing interior management and exploring the novel management pattern , and consequently , has increased the profits , expanded its influence , and facilitated desirable progress of medical insurance payment .
