摘  要:翻转课堂因为增加学员在学习过程中的主动性,强化师生互动,重新构建学习过程,在国内外很多学科的教学中取得良好的效果。笔者在外科学基础静脉切开术教学中,尝试使用翻转课堂模式教学,并利用改良操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)评分表和调查问卷客观评估学员学习效果,对翻转教学在外科学基础教学中的应用进行尝试和评价。For its advantages of stimulating students'learning enthusiasm , strengthening the interaction be-tween the teacher and students , and reconstructing the learning process , the flipped classroom teaching mode has been proved effective in teaching of many disciplines both in China and abroad .This paper introduces the adoption of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of basic surgical skills training for venotomy .Learning effec-tiveness has been evaluated through modified Direct Observation of Procedural Skill ( DOPS) and questionnaire sur-vey, which is an effective exploration and scientific evaluation of the application of the flipped classroom teaching mode in basic surgical skills training .
