摘　　要：阐述了汽车见习工程师研究的意义和价值,介绍了国内外汽车见习工程师研究的现状,分析了汽车见习工程师培养模式和认证方法及途径,提出了汽车见习工程师培养模式探索的重要观点,并以天津职业技术师范大学汽车与交通学院为例,探讨了汽车见习工程师研究的基础,旨在为汽车见习工程师培养提供理论指导。This article describes the significance and value of the car trainee engineer research, and introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign automobile trainee engineer research, analyzes the automotive engineer Cadet training mode and authentication method. The view of the training mode of automobile apprentice engineer is put forward. With Tianjin University of Technology and Education School of automobile and transportation as an example, the base of the automobile and traffic engineering research is made.The purpose is to provide theoretical guidance for the training of automotive engineers＇ research.
