新课程背景下广西中小学体育教师专业化现状调查

摘　　要：教师是课程的实施者,体育教师的专业化水平影响体育新课程改革的实施。为把握广西中小学体育教师专业化发展现状,采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,从专业教育知识、体育知识技能、专业能力、专业精神和专业发展意识等维度进行调查研究,发现广西中小学体育教师的体育知识技能和教育教学能力得到同行和学生基本认可,但教育知识和专业精神有待提高,专业发展意识亟需强化。Teachers are the executor of curriculum, so their larofessionalization will take most influence in the orocess of EE new curriculum innovation. In order to control the current situation oforofessionalization of the P.E teacher in Guangxi primary and iunior schools,this oaoer using methods of questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics, studies on their orofessional oedagogical knowledge.EE knowledge skills, orofessional abilities, orofessional soirit and the sense of develooment orofession. It is found that most colleagues and students agree with their EE knowledge skills and teaching skills, but should elevate oedagogical knowledze and orofessional spirit, esoecially the sense of development profession.
