摘  要:对当前世界跳高技术作出较为全面的论述基础上,指出新的跳高技术出现对世界跳高水平发展重要意义,提出了翻越式跳高技术的大胆设想。以文献资料为基础,运用运动学原理,采用实验法、逻辑分析等方法和手段分析了翻越式跳高新姿势在跳高技术的演变过程中的可行性及现实意义。通过理论分析,表明在相同起跳速度前提下,运动员采用翻越式跳高技术比背越式跳高技术的成绩可提高5%左右。通过实验研究,初步认为翻越式跳高技术在训练和比赛中具有的现实意义,在熟练掌握背越式技术基础上,通过加强完成动作时间和空间感的练习方法就能使翻越式跳高技术真正成为能普及运用的跳高新技术。Based on a comprehensive discussion of the current world high jump, this paper pointed out the significance of the new technology to the development of world jump high, and posed a new technique called the crossing-style high jump technique. Combined with the literature and the principle of kinematics, the author analyzed the feasibility and practical significance of the new posture of crossing- style high jump in the evolution of the high jump technique using the methods of experimental and logical analysis. Theoretically, under the premise of the same take-off speed, the height of the athletes using crossing-style high jump technique can be increased by about 5% than the ones of Fosbury Flop technology. Experimental studies showed that the crossing style high jump has practical significance in training and competition. Under the proficiency of Fosbury Flop technology, crossing-style high jump technique will become an universal style through strengthening the practice of the sense of time and space when the athletes complete the whole high jump process.
