摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌典型及不典型X线征象,提高对乳腺癌不典型X线表现的认识。方法对经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者192例进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌X线上最主要的征象为肿块、微小钙化、不伴肿块及微小钙化的乳腺局部结构絮乱,在192例乳腺癌病例中,分别有116例、98例、10例。不典型的乳腺癌X线征象中有星芒征、非对称性密度增高(局限性致密),分别有3例、18例。结论在乳腺癌X线上最直接、最主要的征象是肿块及微小钙化,而次要征象上又以非对称性密度增高(局限性致密)、结构紊乱或星芒征为主要表现。提高对此类乳腺癌不典型X线表现的认识,有助于防止误漏诊。Objective To analyze the typical and atypical X-ray findings of breast cancer in order to improve the awareness of breast cancer with atypical X-ray findings. Methods Retrospective analysis of 91 cases with breast cancer which were pathologically confirmed by operations. Results The main signs of breast cancer were the local structure of the breast with the most important features of the masses,small calcification, without lumps and tiny calcification.In 192 cases of breast cancer cases,there were 116 cases,98 cases and 10 cases respectively.Atypical breast cancer X-ray signs in the astral sign, asymmetric density increases （localized density）,there are 3 cases, 18 cases. Conclusion The most direct and important signs of breast cancer are the mass and small calcification, while the secondary signs are the main manifestations of asymmetric density increase （localized density）, structural disorder or star sign.Improve the awareness of such breast cancer with atypical X-ray findings will be good at preventing misdiagnosis.
