摘 要:发动机的空燃比对整机的动力性、经济性和排放性有很大影响,而空燃比本身具有非线性、多扰动的特点,空燃比的控制也存在延迟性。为精确快速稳定地控制汽油/CNG两用燃料发动机空燃比,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立基于开关氧闭环控制的燃气ECU自学习模型,算法平台为dSPACE公司的Micro Auto Box,在改装的江淮4GA1发动机上进行了验证试验。试验结果表明,该控制模型可较好地满足发动机空燃比控制需求。The air-fuel ratio of engine has a great impact on power, economy and emissions, while the engine is nonlinear and multi-disturbance, the control of air fuel ratio also has a delay. To control air-fuel ratio of the Gas/CNG Bi-Fuel engine fastly and precisely, we use MATLAB / Simulink software to establish a self-learn algorithm of gas ECU based on closed-loop control. The platform of algorithm is the Micro Auto Box designed by the company of dSPACE. It has already done the test-experiments on a modified4GA1 engine. The result of experiments shows that, the model can meet the requirements of controlling the air-fuel ratio of engine well.
