摘　　要：【目的】研究翼状胬肉中ki-67、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(B-cell lymphoma-2,Bcl-2)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因伴随蛋白x(Bcl-associated x pmtein,Bax)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth fact,VEGF)的表达特点。【方法】选择2010年6月至2012年1月我院眼科送检的20例眼结膜翼状胬肉标本,设为观察组;同时选择正常健康眼结膜标本20例设为对照组,应用免疫组化检测,比较两组眼结膜标本中Bcl-2、ki-67、Bax、VEGF表达特点。【结果】观察组阳性表达率Bcl-2 100.0%、ki-6770.0%、VEGF 95.0%、Bax 85.0%,均明显高于对照组(65.0%、25.0%、70.0%、55.0%)(P<0.05)。【结论】在眼结膜翼状胬肉组织中Bcl-2、ki-67、Bax、VEGF的表达与正常眼结膜组织比较明显失衡。【Objective】To study the expression characteristics of Bcl-2, ki-67, Bax and VEGF in pterygium.【Methods】A total of 20 pterygium samples were selected from June 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital and divided into observation group; simultaneously 20 healthy conjunctival samples were selected and divided into control group. The expression of Bcl-2, ki-67, Bax and VEGF in conjunctival samples was detected with immunohistochemistry was analyzed.【Results】In observation group, the positive expression rates of Bcl-2, ki-67, VEGF and Bax were respectively 100.0%, 70.0%, 95.0% and 85.0%. They were significantly higher than those in control group（65.0%, 25.0%, 70.0% and 55.0%）（P0.05）.【Conclusion】Compared with healthy conjunctival tissues, the expression of Bcl-2, Ki-67, Bax and VEGF in conjunctival pterygium tissues is obviously unbalanced.
