摘 要:目的了解护理专业本科女生(以下简称本科女护生)社会性别意识现状。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,自制问卷对遵义医学院510名在校本科女护生进行调查,对影响本科女护生社会性别内涵认识的因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析方法。结果本科女护生社会性别内涵的知晓率为23.9%(95%CI20.2%~27.6%);高年级、成长环境在城镇、有恋爱经历、关注就业信息、职业有规划、曾参加过学生会、团支部、社团等集体活动的女护生对社会性别内涵的认识程度较高(均P〈0.05)。另外,本科女护生认为更适合形容女性的词语和非常重要的择偶因素分别为优雅(52.4%)、温柔(50.0%)、细心(33.7%)和道德品质(72.0%)、性格(63.9%)、健康(60.2%);在未来家庭收入组成方式中,选择"丈夫妻子共同赚钱,但丈夫收入应高于妻子"的比例(54.8%)高于"丈夫妻子共同赚钱,且收入应该接近"的比例(39.0%)。结论本科女护生社会性别内涵的知晓度不高,受成长经历、在校情况、自我规划3个方面的影响;其性别角色和家庭角色定位仍受传统思维定势的影响。护理院校应对性别教育给予一定的重视,将社会性别内化为本科女护生的自觉意识。Objective To understand the current status of social gender consciousness of female nursing undergraduates. Methods With stratified random sampling, 510 female nursing undergraduates were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire in Zunyi Medical College. The influence factors of social gender consciousness of female nursing undergraduates were analyzed by multiariable logistic regression analysis. Results The investigation found that the awareness rate of social gender consciousness of female nursing undergraduates was 23.9% (95%CI=20.2% to 27.6%). The influence factors of social gender consciousness included senior student, urban student, with love experience, with more career planning, more attention to employment information and more participation in social activities (allP〈0.05). In addition, female nursing undergraduates thought that suitable words to describe female were elegance (52.4%), tenderness (50.0%), and carefulness (33.7%), and factors exerting influence on spouse-selection included moral quality (72.0%), personality (63.9%), and health (60.2%). In terms of future family income source, 54.8% of the students held the view that the couple should make money together, but the husband ’s income should be higher than that of the wife and 39.0%regarded that the couple should make money together, and have similar income. Conclusion Female nursing undergraduates present poor awareness of social gender consciousness which is affected by growth experience, performance in the college, self-planning, and traditional culture. Nursing universities and colleges should pay attension to gender education so that social gender consciousness of female nursing undergraduates can be internalized into their self-consciousness.
