摘 要:目的调查重庆市精神科护士工作环境现状并分析其影响因素,为改善精神科护士工作环境提供理论依据。方法采用护士专业工作环境量表对重庆市21家医院共685名精神科工作护士进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析其工作环境的影响因素。结果重庆市精神科护士专业工作环境量表得分最高和得分最低的维度分别为"医护关系"(3.12±0.43)分和"团队合作"(1.80±0.75)分。多元线性回归分析显示:医院的地理位置、等级、类型、护士学历、聘用形式及护患比对重庆市精神科护士的工作环境具有预测作用(P<0.01)。结论精神科护士工作环境受到多个因素影响,护理管理者可通过对相关因素的干预,改善精神科护士工作环境,提高护理质量,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the working environment of psychiatric nurses in Chongqing, and its influence factors. Methods The Professional Practice Environment (PPE) scale was applied to investigate 685 psychiatric nurses in Chongqing for their working environment, and the regression analysis was used to analyze the associated factors. Results The highest score and the lowest score of the scale were from the dimension of“relationships between doctors and nurses”(3.12&#177;0.43) and“teamwork”(1.80&#177;0.75) respectively. Locations, levels and types of hospitals, education background of nurses, employment forms and nurse-patient ratios were identified to be predictors of working environment (P〉0.01). Conclusion Multiple factors influencing the working environment of psychiatric nurses should be considered when nursing managers draw up management strategies.
