摘 要:在我国,前列腺癌的发病率和病死率逐年上升。早期前列腺癌为雄激素依赖性前列腺癌(ADPC),且大多数前列腺癌患者起初对内分泌治疗有效,但经过14—30个月治疗后,ADPC逐渐变为对内分泌治疗无效的雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌(AIPC)。AIPC的形成机制非常复杂,目前尚未阐明,大体涉及肿瘤的异质性、雄激素受体变异、分泌环路形成、基因突变以及信号转导通路的改变和前列腺癌肿瘤干细胞等。In China, the Jneidenee of prostate cancer is increasing year by year. The early prostate cancer is an androgen dependent prostate cancer (ADPC). The endocrine therapy for most men with prostate cancer is effective at first, but after 14-30 months of treatment, the tumor tissue gradually becomes insensitive to androgen and ADPC develops to androgen independent prostate cancer( AIPC ). The formation mechanism of AIPC is very complex, which has not been clarified yet. Major mechanisms are related to tumor heterogeneity, androgen receptor mutation, autocrine/paraerine loop formation gene mutation, the change of cell signal transduction pathways and prostate cancer stem cells etc.
