摘 要:目的精确构建大开口状态颞下颌关节的有限元模型。方法分别采集同一成年男性志愿者大开口时口腔锥形束投照计算机重组断层扫描(CBCT)和核磁共振(MRI)影像数据,提取CT数据的骨组织影像和MRI数据的关节盘等软组织影像,导入Mimics软件中分别建立下颌骨、颞下颌关节窝和颞下颌关节盘的三维模型。将构建的三维模型应用Mimics、Geomagic studio和Pro/E软件进行装配融合形成完整的颞下颌关节结构,最后将获得的模型数据导入Hypermesh 12.0软件进行网格划分和局部优化,建立大开口位时颞下颌关节的有限元模型。结果建立了较为精确的大开口位颞下颌关节的有限元模型。结论大开口位颞下颌关节有限元模型的建立,对其生物力学分析及颞下颌关节紊乱病病因的进一步研究具有重要意义。Objective To precisely create a finite element model(FEM)of human temporomandibular joint(TMJ)under maximum mouth opening. Methods Data of CBCT and MRI images from a same male adult volunteer with maximum mouth opening were collected,the CT image data of cortical bone and the MRI image data of cancellous bone were extracted and introduced into Mimics software to create three-dimensional models of mandible,articular fossa of temporal bone,and TMJ disk.The established three-dimensional models were assembled using Mimics,Geomagic studio and Pro/E software to form a complete structure of TMJ,and,finally,the acquired model data were introduced into Hypermesh 12.0software for mesh generation and local optimization,and thus to create a finite element model of TMJ. Results An accurate 3DTMJ finite element model was established.Conclusion The creation of maximum-mouth-opening-position finite element model of temporomandibular joint is of important significance for further study of its biomechanics and the origin of temporomandibular joint disorder.
