摘 要:目的探讨青岛崂山区8岁儿童龋齿患病现状及其与体质量指数(BMI)的关系。方法对青岛市崂山区所辖公立小学933名8岁儿童龋病现状进行横断面调查,包括患龋率及乳牙和恒牙的患龋情况,并收集相应身高、体质量数据,分析龋病患病状况与BMI的关系。结果本文儿童患龋率为76.5%,龋齿充填率不足6.0%。乳牙列(dmft)指数和混合牙列(dmft+DMFT)指数分别为3.66±3.23和4.33±3.59,男女dmft指数比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);男女dmft+DMFT指数比较,差异有显著性(t=-3.046,P<0.05)。相关分析显示,dmft、dmft+DMFT指数与BMI负相关(r=-0.238、-0.237,P<0.01)。结论青岛崂山区8岁儿童的患龋情况与BMI相关。Objective To investigate the status quo of caries and its correlation with body mass index (BMI) in 8-year- old children in Laoshan district of Qingdao, China. Methods A cross-sectional study of dental caries was carried out in 933 eight-year old children in public primary schools in Laoshan district of Qingdao, including the rate of caries, the caries status of de- ciduous and permanent teeth. The data of corresponding body height and BMI were collected to analyze the correlation between caries and BMI. Results The prevalence of dental caries in children surveyed was 76.5%, and the packing fraction of the caries was less than 6.0%. The primary dentition index (PDI) and mixed dentition index (MDI) were 3.66±3.23 and 4.33±3.59, respec- tively. The difference in PDI among boys and girls was not significant (P〉0.05), and that in PDI+MDI was significant. Correla- tion analysis showed PDI and PDI+MDI were negatively correlated with BMI (r=-0.238, -0.237;P〈0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries in children of eight years old in Laoshan district of Qingdao is correlated with their BMI.
