摘 要:目的:研究骨劈开和牙槽嵴扩张联合GBR在上颌前牙狭窄牙槽嵴种植的应用价值。方法:选取2014年6月到2016年6月在我院就诊的32例上颌前牙狭窄患者作为研究对象,应用超声骨刀对其进行前牙牙槽骨劈开术,并联合GBR技术植入种植体,并在术后对患者进行为期一年的随访调查。结果:随着时间的推移,患者ISQ指数和牙槽骨高度均明显增高,较种植前相比,种植后患者牙槽骨唇腭向平均宽度和骨量均显著高于治疗前,随着时间的推移,患者的满意度评分以及辅助发音稳定性评分呈明显的上升趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对上颌前牙狭窄患者实施骨劈开和牙槽嵴扩张联合GBR进行治疗能够取得十分显著的治疗效果,但远期疗效还有待进一步深入研究。Objective: To explore bone splitting and alveolar expansion combined with GBR in maxillary anterior teeth application narrow ridge planting. Methods: Selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 32 cases of maxillary anterior teeth stenosis patients as the research object, applying ultrasound bone knife on the anterior alveolar bone splitting technique, and combined with GBR technique for implantation of implant, and the postoperative patients were followed up for one year. Results: With the passage of time, patients with ISQ index and alveolar bone height were signifi-cantly increased, compared with before planting, after planting of alveolar bone in patients with cleft lip and palate to the average width and bone mass were significantly higher than that in the treatment before, with the passage of time, the patients' satisfaction scores and assisted pronunciation stability eval-uation showed a clear upward trend, the differences were statistically value (P〈0.05). Conclusion: For patients with maxillary anterior teeth narrow implementation bone splitting and alveolar expansion with GBR treatment can achieve significant therapeutic effect, but long-term efficacy remains to be further in-depth study.
