摘 要:目的:观察并探讨附着龈重建在口腔种植中的价值,为口腔种植临床附着龈不足患者的软组织处理提供实验依据。方法:选择自2012年5月至2015年4月在本院行牙种植术的患者96例,按照随机分组法将96例患者分为两组,观察组和对照组各48例,观察组在牙种植过程中实施附着龈重建,而对照组则进行常规牙龈缝合。统计两组患者术前及术后1月、6个月的有效角化黏膜平均宽度;冠修复6个月后的出血指数、改良菌斑指数和探诊深度等指标。结果:观察组术前及术后1月、6个月的有效角化黏膜平均宽度分别为(0.32±0.18)mm、(2.60±0.47)mm和(2.68±0.65)mm,对照组为(0.30±0.19)mm、(2.25±0.21)mm和(2.35±0.32)mm,观察组术后1月、6个月的有效角化黏膜平均宽度明显大于对照组(p<0.05);观察组冠修复6个月后的出血指数、改良菌斑指数和探诊深度分别为(0.73±0.58)、(0.56±0.42)和(1.79±0.45)mm,对照组为(0.86±0.66)、(0.76±0.61)和(2.97±0.59)mm,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:附着龈重建在口腔种植中具有重要的作用,是一种较好的种植体周围软组织处理方案。Objective: To observe and explore the effectiveness of attached gingival reconstruction in dental implantation, to provide experimental basis for the treatment of soft tissue in patients with oral implant clinical attachment. Methods: 96 cases accepted dental implantation in the hospital from May 2012 to April 2015 were selected, 96 patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, 48 cases in the observation group and the control group, the observation group were imple-mented with attached gingival reconstruction in the process of dental implantation, while the control group with normal gingival suturing. The effective mucosal average width before and at 1 month, 6 months after operation, the bleeding index, modified plaque index and probing depth were recorded and compared. Results: The ef fective mucosal average width before and 1 month, 6 months after operation in the observation group were (0.32+0.18) mm, (2.60+0.47)mm and (2.68+0.65) mm, while in the con-trol group were (0.30+0.19) mm, (2.25+0.21 mm (235+0.32) mm, effective mucosal average width in the observation group after 1 month, 6 months was significantly greater than that of the control group (P〈0.05); the bleeding index, modified plaque index and probing depth 6 months after surgery in observa-tion group were (0.73 0.58), (0.56 + 0.42) and (1.79+0.45) mm, while in the control group were (0.86 +0.66), (0.76+0.61) (2.97 0.59)mm, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Attached gingival reconstruction plays an important role in dental implantation, and it is a good method to deal with the soft tissue during the dental implantation.
