摘  要:针对胶囊内窥镜磁定位方法的要求,设计出一种基于磁阻传感器和LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的空间磁感应强度采集系统。该系统使用HMC1043型三轴磁阻传感器对永磁体的磁感应强度进行测量,然后设计了系统控制电路,对传感器输出信号进行滤波、偏置调零和放大等处理,由USB型数据采集卡采集并传输给PC机,通过LabVIEW进行数据处理和实时显示。最后建立了基于LabVIEW和HMC1043的永磁体弱磁感应强度测量系统,通过实验可知,该系统能够测量圆柱永磁体的磁感应强度,并将实验测得的磁感应强度与永磁体磁偶极子理论模型的仿真值进行了对比,发现误差非常小。结果表明,该测量系统设计是可行的和有效的。Aiming at the requirement of magnetic localization of the capsule endoscopy, a design of automatic acquisition system of weak magnetic field in space has been proposed based on the magnetic sensor and the virtual instrument of LabVIEW. Which uses the three-axis magnetic sensor to measure the magnetic field of the cylindrical permanent magnet. A control circuit is designed to filter,zero and amplify the signal output by the magnetic sensor. Then the USB data acquisition card will collect the signal and transfer it to the computer. The signal will be processed and displayed by LabVIEW. At last, an acquisition system of weak mag- netic field is build based on LabVIEW and HMC1043 magnetic sensor, know the magnetic field measured by the magnetic sensor is the same as the magnetic field expressed by the model of the magnetic dipole theory through the experiment. The results indicate that the system is feasible and effective.
