摘 要:球式自动平衡装置中,在亚临界转速下,可移动物体会偏向偏心质量一边,不平衡将会加剧。建立了带有挡板的双滚道球式自动平衡装置的数学模型,并利用拉格朗日方程推导模型的运动微分方程。依据现有实验台确定仿真参数,用MATLAB软件进行模型数值仿真,并对其进行实验验证,分析带挡板的双滚道自动平衡装置对共振的削弱以及在稳定状态下的减振效果。结果表明,采用带挡板双滚道球式自动平衡装置减振效益良好。分析结果对于球式自动平衡装置的减振具有一定的参考价值。In ball-type automatic balancers, during the sub-critical the movable objects will be biased towards the side of eccentric mass,which makes the imbalance intensified. The mathematical model of the two circular tracks ball-type automatic balancers with baffles is established and the differential equations of motion is derived through the Lagrange equation. The numerical simulation is done using MATLAB with the parameters determined by the experimental testing, verified by experiment and the weakness of the resonance and the damping effect under steady state about the two circular tracks ball-type automatic balancers with baffles is analyzed. The results show that the two circular tracks ball-type automatic balancer has a good damping effect. Result of the analysis may have a certain reference significance for the ball-type automatic balancers vibration reduction.
