摘  要:提出一种新型非圆齿轮形式——高阶多段拟合椭圆齿轮。采用数学推导与数值计算相结合的方法,建立以二阶椭圆为基础的高阶多段拟合椭圆齿轮节曲线方程。提出传动比极值变化率的概念,以表征周期内传动比极值的变化程度。研究了在以二阶椭圆为节曲线的高阶多段拟合椭圆齿轮传动副中,主动轮与从动轮的转角关系、传动比关系、节曲线无内凹条件及弧长计算等问题,得到了设计高阶多段拟合椭圆齿轮所需节曲线参数的求解方法,采用这些方法并结合实际情况,即可设计出满足要求的高阶多段拟合椭圆齿轮副。A new non-circular gear form named high-order muhiple segment fitting elliptical gear is presented. The pitch curve e- quation of high-order multiple segment fitting elliptical gear on the basis of two order ellipse by analytical deducing and numerical calculation is established. To express the variation of transmission ratio extreme value in one period, the concept of variation rate of transmission ratio extreme value is introduced. Some features, such as rotation angle relationship, transmission ratio, condition for no concave curve in the pitch curve, length calculation etc. ,are investigated in high-order multiple segment fitting elliptical gear pairs in which the pitch curve is two order ellipse. The calculating methods of pitch curve parameter of high-order multiple segment fitting elliptical gear are obtained, by which the high-order multiple segment fitting elliptical gear pairs could be designed to meet the individual engineering requirements.
