摘  要:为了研究变截面悬臂钢构件的应力集中系数,设计实施了静载荷和动载荷作用下的实验分析,通过测定端部位移与根部应变,得到单位位移下悬臂钢构件变截面处的应力集中系数,并与ANSYS建立的仿真模型进行比对。提出了一种计算动载荷作用下变截面悬臂钢构件应力集中系数的实用方法:将悬臂钢构件变截面处用大曲率曲梁模型进行近似,求解静载下响应,再根据动静荷载的研究结果引入动荷系数,得到动载荷下的悬臂钢构件应力集中系数。In order to study the stress concentration factor of variable cross-section steel cantilever, an experiment under static load and dynamic load is designed. Stress concentration factor of shoulder fillet under the unit displacement is obtained by measuring the displacement of the ends and the strain of the roots. The result is compared with the simulation model established by ANSYS. A practical method for calculating the stress concentration factor of the compressor blade under dynamic load is purposed: blades with fillets are approximated by curved beam models with large curvature and then response under static load could be solved.In addition, stress concentration factor under dynamic load is solved through the dynamic load coefficient,which is gotten viathe research results of the comparison of static and dynamic load.
