同步放化疗联合中药治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨同步放化疗联合中药治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年7月至2015年7月间山东省临朐县人民医院收治的120例Ⅱb~Ⅲb期宫颈癌患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组患者接受中药联合同步放化疗治疗,对照组患者仅接受单纯同步放化疗治疗。比较两组患者治疗4周后贫血、血小板下降和腹泻不良反应的发生率以及治疗有效率和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者贫血、血小板下降、腹泻、骨髓抑制、慢性放射性肠炎和慢性放射性膀胱炎发生率较对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗有效率明显提高,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,观察组患者3年和5年生存率均显著提高,复发率显著降低,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前比较,治疗4周后观察组和对照组患者焦虑自我评价得分均降低,生活质量评分均升高,但观察组改善情况较对照组更为明显,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用中药联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效突出,相比于单纯同步放化疗具有诸多优势,可作为一种理想方法应用于临床。Objective To explore the efficacy of chemoradiation combined traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer and influences of quality of life. Methods From July 2010 to July 2010 in Linqu People＇s Hospital, 120 Ⅱ b - Ⅲ b cervical cancer patients were enrolled in the study and was divided randomly into the experiment group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the experiment group accepted the traditional Chinese medicine combined chemoradiation and those in the control group only accepted chemoradiation. 4 weeks after treatment, anemia, plate- let, diarrhea incidence of adverse reactions, the treatment efficiency and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, anemia, platelet decline, diarrhea, bone marrow suppression, incidence of chronic radiation enteritis, sexual radioactive cystitis of the experiment group showed no obvious differences （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group increased significantly compared with control group, with significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with control group, the 3-yr survival rate, 5-yr survival rate of the experiment group were significantly increased, the recurrence rate significantly reduced, with significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, the anxiety self evaluation scores were lower, the quality of life score were higher. But the experimental group improved bettwe compared with control group, with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer, traditional Chinese medicine with chemoradiation therapy could achive good clinical curative effect. And it can be used as a kind of ideal method clinically.
