摘  要:以棘托竹荪D89为供试菌株,研究栽培料发酵时间及不同比例杂木屑和谷壳培养料对棘托竹荪生长的影响。结果表明,棘托竹荪栽培料发酵60 d时,产量最高,为2.18 kg/m^2;供试范围内,随着谷壳用量的增加,菌丝长势之间无明显差异,但菌丝长满畦床时间逐渐缩短,棘托竹荪鲜质量呈降低趋势,槟榔芋产量无显著性差异。其中配方A(89.5%杂木屑,10%谷壳,0.5%尿素)用于槟榔芋间作棘托竹荪时,原基形成时间为70 d,棘托竹荪产量1.73 kg/m^2,槟榔芋产量达4.80 kg/m^2。Dictyophora echinovolvata was cultivated in Colocasia esculenta farm with a series of sub- strates consisting of sawdust and rice chaff. The highest D. echinovolvata yield was recorded when the substrate was fermented for 60 days. With the increase of rice chaff content in substrate, the period required for mycelial to cover substrate surface was shortened, D. echinovolvata yield de- creased significantly, but C. esculenta yield showed no significant difference. When D. echinovolvata D89 was cultivated on a substrate consisting 89.5% sawdust, 10% rice chaff and 0.5% urea in C. esculenta farm, the primordium formation time was 70 days, D. echinovolvata yield (three flushes) was 1.73 kg/m2, and C. esculenta yield was 4.80 kg/m2, respectively.
