摘　　要：目前,高校青年教师群体的住房解决方式仍处于探索之中。基于国内外的经验,梳理、阐述解决青年教师住房问题的现行措施。通过借鉴国内外解决教师住房方面的措施与经验,以期促进高校青年教师住房问题的解决。At present,the housing solution of young teachers in colleges and universities is still in the exploration. This paper mainly expounds the current measures to solve the housing problems of young teachers from two aspects of domestic and foreign experience. By drawing lessons from the solving measures and experiences of teachers’ housing from home and abroad,promotes the settlement of the housing problem of young teachers in china.
