摘 要:随着我国交通基础设施的不断增多,高地温地区修建隧道逐渐成为工程界遇到的新难题。依托拉日铁路,提出高地温地区隧道选线原则和隧道施工降温除湿等系列技术;通过XRD衍射和SEM试验,探明特高地温隧道模拟养护条件下混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能和抗碳化性能低于标准养护的原因;通过高地温隧道温度场和结构影响规律研究,因地制宜提出高地温隧道合理有效的施工组织模式;制定合适的隧道支护体系、混凝土配合比及衬砌结构防裂措施,同时提出保温隔热层、衬砌内置冷却管、耐热型复合防水板及新型防水材料等隧道隔热防水措施。With the increasing of transportation infrastructure in our country, Tunneling in high ground temperature area gradually is becoming a new challenge to the engineering industry. This paper, with reference to Lhasa-Shigatse Railway, puts forward tunnel line selection principles with respect to high ground temperature tunnel construction cooling and dehumidification in high ground temperature area. Through XRD diffraction and SEM test, the reason why the concrete anti-chloridion infiltration and anti-carbide performance are lower than that of standard maintenance in the case of simulated curing condition in special high rock temperature tunnel. Through the research of high ground temperature tunnel temperature field and structure influence law, measures suitable for local conditions and effective construction program are put forward. Formulate suitable for tunnel supporting system, and concrete mix ratio and lining structure anti cracking measures are proposed. Meanwhile, tunnel heat insulation and waterproof measures are recommended such as thermal insulation layer, built-in lining cooling tube, heat resistant composite waterproof board and new waterproof material.
