摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者化疗前后肿瘤标记物水平变化,分析其对肺癌化疗效果评价的价值。方法选取我院收治的肺癌患者205例,采用含铂类的两药或三药联合化疗,另选取门诊非肿瘤患者50例为对照组。于第1周期化疗前和第3周期化疗前采空腹静脉血标本,对肿瘤标志物水平进行测量,并比较化疗的临床疗效。结果 1CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平分别在腺癌、小细胞肺癌、鳞癌中阳性率最高(P<0.05)。2CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1在不同病理类型之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者末梢血TAP和血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1表达水平变化对化疗疗效有一定的预测价值。ObjectiveOn patients with 205 cases of lung cancer tumor marker levels before and after chemotherapy,analyzed its effect on lung cancer chemotherapy evaluation valueMethodsSelection in our hospital treated 205 cases of patients with lung cancer were given platinum-based class two or three drugs combination chemotherapy,the selection of outpatient non tumor patients with 50 cases as control group. Prior to the first cycle of chemotherapy and 3 cycles of chemotherapy before fasting venous blood samples,the TAP,CEA,NSE,to measure the level of CYFRA21-1,and compare the clinical curative effect of chemotherapy.Results①CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 in gland carcinoma,small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas of the highest positive rate（P〈0.05）.②CEA, NSE,the differences between different pathological type CYFRA21-1 was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lung cancer patients with peripheral blood TAP and serum CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 the changes of expression level on curative effect of chemotherapy has certain prediction value.
