106例慢性咽炎患者咽部致病菌分布与中医证型关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究慢性咽炎患者咽部细菌分布,中医基本证型分布及其相互关系。方法在2012年1月—2014年12月用常规无菌咽拭子采集分离鉴定慢性咽炎患者咽部菌株,同时诊断归纳中医基本证型,利用数据挖掘软件分析咽部致病菌分布与中医基本证型的关系。结果慢性咽炎患者咽部致病菌共12种248株,以α-溶血性链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、副流感嗜血菌为主要致病菌,中医基本证型207种,以实热、痰证、肺阴虚为主要证型诊断,慢性咽炎患者实热证诊断和咽部α-溶血性链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌分布存在一定关系,痰证诊断和咽部副流感嗜血菌、肺炎克雷伯菌分布存在一定关系,气滞证诊断和咽部副流感嗜血菌分布存在一定关系。结论慢性咽炎患者中医证型诊断和咽部致病菌分布情况可能存在一定关系。Objective Study on the distribution of bacteria in the pharynx of chronic pharyngitis patient, the patterns in terms of TCM of them, and the association between pathogenic bacteria and patterns in terms of TCM.Methods Acquisition,isolation and identification the bacteria in the pharynx of chronic pharyngitis patient by sterile throat swabs from January 2012 to December 2014.Diagnosis the patterns in terms of TCM of them in the same time.Study on association between pathogenic bacteria and patterns in terms of TCM by association rules.Results There are 12 species and 248 strains of pathogenic bacteria in the pharynx of chronic pharyngitis patient,Alpha hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Haemophilus parainfluenzae are the major.There are 207 patterns in terms of TCM of them, excess heat, phlegm and deficiency of lung yin are the major. There are association between excess heat and Alpha hemolytic streptococcus,Staphylococcus epidermidis. There are association between phlegm and Haemophilus parainfluenzae,Klebsiella pneumoniae. There are association between Stagnation of Qi and Haemophilus parainfluenzae.Conclusion There may a certain relation between pathogenic bacteria and patterns in terms of TCM of chronic pharyngitis.
