可持续发展视角下民族地区旅游法制环境构建

摘　　要：以少量的投资和少量的资源消耗换取较高的经济和环境效益的可持续发展,是少数民族地区旅游发展的必由之路。而良好的旅游法制环境能为旅游的可持续发展提供完备的法律秩序和保障。本文从构建民族地区旅游法制环境必要性入手,分析了民族地区旅游法制环境存在的主要问题,并从普及旅游环境保护科学知识、增强环境保护意识、贯彻可持续发展理论、加强环境法制宣传教育等几个方面探讨了目前民族地区构建旅游法制环境的问题。Sustainable development for higher economic and environmental benefits with less investment and less resource consumption,is the only way which must be passed tourism development in minority areas. Good tourism legal environment can provide complete legal order and guarantee for the sustainable development of tourism. This article from the necessity of constructing the national regions tourism legal environment,analyzes the main problems in the tourism legal environment in ethnic minority areas, and from the popularity of the tourism environmental protection scientific knowledge, enhance the consciousness of environmental protection,sustainable development theory,strengthen the propaganda of environmental legal system of the construction of legal system of tourism environment in the minority areas of education and other aspects of the problem.
