摘  要:目的:观察三氧化矿物凝聚体(MTA)和氢氧化钙(CH)在体内前磨牙直接盖髓后的牙髓组织病理学改变。方法:30例志愿者因正畸需拔除的上颌前磨牙机械露髓后进行MTA直接盖髓,对侧同名牙采用CH直接盖髓作为对照,下颌前磨牙作为阴性对照,根据不同的时间段分为3组,分别在观察时点30、60、90 d拔除患牙,进行组织切片制作和HE染色,分析组织切片中牙髓细胞炎症以及硬组织修复情况,评价和比较随时间的变化牙髓组织的反应情况。结果:MTA诱导形成硬组织的能力要优于CH,诱导形成的钙化桥更连续、致密,并且对牙髓炎症的控制要明显优于CH组(P<0.05)。结论:MTA具有良好的生物相容性、诱导成骨性和控制炎症特点,是较理想的直接盖髓材料。Objective To investigate human pulpal response to mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and calcium hydroxide (CH) as pulp capping agents. Methods This study was conducted on 90 intact first and second premolars of human maxillary and mandibular teeth of 30 volunteers. The patients were randomly assigned into three groups with 10 in each group. Under local anesthesia, the teeth were exposed and capped either with MTA, or CH. After 30, 60, and 90 days, 10 teeth of each group were extracted and prepared for histologic ob- servation. The data were analyzed with Wilcoxon rank sum test and paired t-tests (a = 0.05). Results MTA had a higher success rate and resulted in less pulpal inflammatory response and more predictable hard dentin bridge formation than CH (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MTA appears to be a suitable replacement for CH in direct pulp capping.
