摘  要:法家的伦理思想几乎全部针对于政治,而晋法家作为法家的核心代表,其思想对于中国古代政治伦理的建构有着奠基性的意义。从历史上看,晋法家强调政治的起点是人的自然属性与基本欲求构成的"人情",而最终目标则是要确保国家和社会的整体秩序,由此也就构成了中国古代具有理性主义和国家主义倾向的政治伦理理念。这一理念对于中国古代的政治实践产生了重要、深远的影响,也是人们将中国古代政治称为"阳儒阴法"的重要因素之一。The ethical thought of legalists almost was about politics, as the core representative, San Jin legalists' thought was foundational significance for construction of Chinese ancient political ethics. Historically, San Jin legalists emphasized the beginning of politics was "desire" that was been composed of human natural attribute and basic physiological desire, and its final goal was keeping the whole order of country and society. So, they constructed the idea of Chinese ancient political ethics which was tendency of rationalism and nationalism. This idea had the important and profound influence on Chinese ancient political practice; it was the important factor by which people thought Chinese ancient politics was "the Confucianism inside and the Legalist outside".
