摘　　要：推动地方本科院校应用型转型,有利于我国高等教育结构的优化和现代职业教育体系的完善,是"大众化"教育的必然结果。而对人文类传统专业进行改造,厘清向"应用型"转型的路径,就成为地方本科院校向应用型大学转型成败的关键。人文类传统专业的转型之路困境重重,要破解教育思想观念、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设中的各种困境,高校、教师就应多些"互联网思维",人才培养应从重理论知识传授转向兼顾实践能力培养,师资队伍建设也要有新的思路。Local colleges are the main force of the popularization of higher education. The transformation of local colleges to application-oriented will greatly promote the optimization of the structure of higher education. The Transition of Traditional Humanities Disciplines to Application-oriented is the key to the success of the transformation of local colleges to application-oriented. In the process of this transition, we should have internet thinking; grasp the teaching purpose and regular pattern of the new age.
