胸腺瘤组织中P53、Ki-67、VEGF表达的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺瘤组织中P53、Ki-67以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法以2012年1月至2015年5月收治的40例手术切除胸腺瘤患者的胸腺瘤组织作病理分析,同期选择30例手术切除胸腺囊肿患者的正常胸腺组织作对照分析,采用免疫组化染色法检测两组患者P53、Ki-67、VEGF表达情况。结果胸腺瘤组织中各项指标阳性表达率(52.5%,45.0%,47.5%),明显高于正常胸腺组织(3.33%,0,6.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胸腺瘤组织中VEGF、P53及Ki-67阳性表达与性别、年龄等病理因素无相关性(P>0.05),而P53与肿瘤侵袭性、重症肌无力、Masaoka分期以及淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05);Ki-67与肿瘤的侵袭性、WHO组织分型、Masaoka分期以及Bernatz分类和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);VEGF与肿瘤的侵袭性、Masaoka分期以及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);另外胸腺瘤组织中P53和Ki-67的表达呈现显著正相关(r=0.151,P=0.001);P53和VEGF的表达呈现显著正相关(r=0.134,P=0.005);Ki-67和VEGF的表达也呈现显著正相关(r=0.157,P=0.000)。结论 P53、Ki-67以及VEGF与胸腺瘤的发生发展密切相关,三者检测对该病的临床诊断及治疗具有重要价值。Objective To explore the correlation between P53,Ki - 67,VEGF expression in thymoma. Methods The thymoma tissues of 40 cases of patients with thymoma who were conducted resection operation in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2015. All these specimen were carried out pathological analysis,then other normal thymus tissues of 30 cases of patients with thymic cyst in the same period were carried out con-trol analysis. The expression of P53,Ki - 67 and VEGF in two groups were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive ex-pression rates of indicators in the thymoma tissues（52. 5% ,45% ,47. 5% ）,which were significantly higher than those in the normal thymus tis-sues（3. 33% ,0% ,6. 67% ）,and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no correlation be-tween P53,Ki - 67 and VEGF expression and gender,age and other pathological factors in thymoma tissues（ P 〉 0. 05）,while P53 was signifi-cantly associated with tumor invasion,myasthenia gravis,Masaoka staging and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05）,and Ki - 67 was closely relat-ed to tumor invasion,WHO staging,Masaoka staging,Bernatz classification and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05）,then VEGF was closely re-lated to tumor invasion,Masaoka staging and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of p53 and Ki - 67 in thymoma tissues also showed a significant positive correlation（ r = 0. 151,P = 0. 001）,and the expression of P53 and VEGF also showed a significant positive correla-tion（ r = 0. 134,P = 0. 005）,and the expression of Ki - 67 and VEGF also showed a significant positive correlation（ r = 0. 157,P = 0. 000）. Conclusion P53,Ki - 67 and VEGF are closely related to the occurrence and development of thymoma,and the detection of the three indexes has important value on disease diagnosis and treatment .
