摘 要:为明确玉米蚜发生数量与玉米主要生化物质含量的相关性,系统调查了玉米田玉米蚜种群数量的自然消长动态,分析了玉米不同生育期植株营养物质和次生物质的含量。结果表明:玉米蚜的种群消长动态随玉米品种(系)生育期的变化而变化,但在抗蚜品种和感蚜品种(系)上的变化趋势基本一致;在玉米雄穗抽出之前,玉米蚜的种群密度较低;进入抽雄期后,发生量逐渐上升,至雄穗完全抽出时达到第一个发生高峰;进入吐丝期后,玉米蚜从雄穗转移至雌穗为害,至雌穗灌浆期达到第二个发生高峰;此后随着玉米雌穗的逐渐成熟及植株老化等,其种群数量急剧下降。供试玉米品种(系)不同生育期的营养物质和次生物质含量存在一定差异,其中灌浆期可溶性总糖和可溶性蛋白质含量与玉米蚜发生量呈显著正相关,而单宁含量与4个生育期玉米蚜发生量呈显著负相关,说明单宁是抗性玉米品种的抗蚜因子之一。In order to make clear the relationship between the occurrence quantity of corn aphid and the biochemical substance contents in maize plants, we conducted the population dynamics of the corn aphid in the field, and then analyzed the contents of nutrients and secondary substances of different stages of maize plant. The results showed that the population dynamics of the aphid changed with the growth stage of the different host plants, but the changing trends of aphid population quantity in resist- ant plants are consistent with those in susceptible plants. Corn aphid population density is relatively low before the heading stage, and then gradually increased in heading stage. The aphid population reached the first occurrence peak when the tassel completely came out. In the silking stage, corn aphid transferred from tassels to ears continue damaging, and reached the second peak in the ear filling stage, then decreased sharply with the ear matured and plant aged. There are some differences in the contents of main nutrients and secondary substances at different developmental stages of maize plants, we found that in the filling stage the content of soluble total sugar and soluble protein was significantly positively correlated with the occurrence of corn aphid, but the content of tannin was significantly nega- tively correlated with the occurrence of corn aphid in the 4 critical periods of maize growth, indicating that tannin is one of the anti-aphid factors of maize variety.
