摘　　要：目的检测线粒体转录因子A（TFAM）在肾细胞癌中的表达，探讨其与肾细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法选取2009年1月至2010年6月在我院行肾细胞癌手术患者97例。采用免疫组织化方法对。肾细胞癌及癌旁组织中TFAM蛋白的表达进行检测，观察TFAM的表达与肾细胞癌病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及预后的关系。结果TFAM在肾细胞癌中的表达率（38．1％）明显高于癌旁组织（5．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。TFAM蛋白异常表达与肾细胞癌临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有关，即肾细胞癌临床分期越高、病理分级越高、淋巴结转移时，TFAM表达越明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论TFAM的表达异常可能是肾细胞癌发生发展的分子机制之一。Objective To investigate the expression of mitochondrial transcription factor A （TFAM） protein in renal cell carcinoma and the correlation between TFAM expression and the development of renal cell carcinoma. Methods 97 patients undergoing renal operation in shengjing hospital from January, 2009 to June, 2010 were selected. The expression of TFAM protein in renal cell carcinoma and adja- cent tissue was examined by streptavid- inperoxidase （SP） immunohistochemical staining. The correlations between TFAM protein expression and the clinical stages, histological grading, lymphatic metastasis status of renal cell carcinoma were evaluated. Results The expression of TFAM protein in renal cell carcinoma （38. 1% ） was statistically higher than that （5.0%） in adjacent tissue （P 〈0. 01 ）. A positive cor- relation between TFAM protein expression and the clinical stages, histological grading, or lymphatic metastasis status of renal cell carcinoma was observed （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The increased expression of TFAM protein in renal cell carcinoma might be one of the molecular mechanisms in the development of renal cell carcinoma. TFAM maybe used as a biomarker for the prognosis prediction and a new molecular target for the treatment in renal cell carcinoma.
