摘 要:针对管束-扬料板组合结构的逆流换热工艺油料滚筒干燥机的油料泄露、加热列管开焊及冷凝水的回流及排出问题,首先提出柔性自调节密封方案,降低进料筒与回转筒之间轴线的同轴度要求指标,有效防止油料泄漏;其次提出蒸汽及冷凝水回流系统,创新设计换热管道系统连接,使蒸汽分配均匀,彻底解决了焊缝开裂问题。工艺试验证明,采用此设计方案,设备投资额下降20%,总蒸汽能耗下降37%,电能消耗下降46%,既符合制油工艺进步的需要,也符合节能减排的发展趋势。Aiming at the problems of rotary dryer for oil crops which was combined with steam tube and dispersing flight structure and based on countercurrent heat exchanger process, such as leakage of oil crops, the open welding of heating tube and circumfluence and discharge of condensation water. Firstly, the flexible self regulating sealing solution was proposed so as to reduce concentricity tolerance between feed cylinder and revolving drum and effectively avoid leakage of oil crops. Secondly, the system of steam and condensation water circumfluence was proposed, and the connection of heat exchange pipe was de- signed innovatively which made the distribution of steam evenly and solved the problem of open welding completely. The process test proved that the equipment investment, total steam consumption and electricity consumption decreased by 20%, 37% and 46% respectively using the design plan, which not only met the need of oil production process advance, but also met the development trend of energy - saving and emission - reduction.
